Fall Fellowship Weekend at Charles S. McNeil Scout Ranch at Peaceful Valley

October 10 - 12, 2025

General Event Information:

Join us for a weekend of brotherhood, service, and adventure at Fall Fellowship, the premier annual event of Tahosa Lodge!

Check-in will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday at the Camp Cris Dobbins Headquarters building.  The event will conclude on Sunday at 11:00 AM.

Whether you're a new Arrowman or a seasoned member, Fall Fellowship is your chance to reconnect with friends, forge new bonds, and celebrate the spirit of the Order of the Arrow. This weekend will be packed with exciting activities, friendly competitions, and inspiring ceremonies that reflect our values of cheerfulness, brotherhood, and leadership.

We will also hold our annual elections for Lodge and Chapter officers. Make your voice heard in choosing our youth leadership for the coming year. If you will be under the age of 21 for the entirety of next year and are interested in running for office, please see the information on becoming a lodge officer on the Lodge Leadership page.

What to Expect:
🔥 Camp-wide games and challenges
🎯 Fun competitions and lodge activities
🌕 Brotherhood ceremony for eligible members
🍽️ Great food and fellowship

Don't miss this unforgettable weekend where Arrowmen from across the lodge come together to celebrate what makes Scouting—and the OA—so special.

Like all events in Scouting, some paperwork is required:

A signed copy of the Scouting Annual Health and Medical Form, Parts A & B, complete with vaccination dates, Colorado Certificate of Immunization for under 18, and a copy of your insurance cards are required for the weekend. The lodge keeps medical forms for the entire year. Please bring copies and not originals. The lodge does not have access to the internet, email, printer, or copy machine at camp so please plan accordingly.

As medical forms are required to be renewed annually, all forms from the previous year are not on file. If this is your first lodge event of the year, you must bring your Scouting medical form.

OA members that attend Friday-Sunday will get to camp for two (2) nights and will be provided Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast.
