Hosted annually, Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) is a day event open to all lodge members for leadership training seminars and to meet next year's lodge & chapter leaders. This event is also a place where next year's Lodge Executive Committee leaders will present their vision for the coming year and lodge officers will be recruiting for members to lead their various committees.
