The induction process begins with the unit election, then continues through the Ordeal and ends with the completion of the Brotherhood. Polestar Induction Leadership Training is designed to teach lodges how to build excellence in the execution of the induction process and helps lodge leaders work to improve membership activation and retention.
Polestar is hosted annually and presented to the entire lodge. The training consists of engaging video presentations, coupled with locally facilitated group discussions and workshops through the participant workbook. It is geared toward lodge and chapter officers & advisers and members who participate in lodge induction weekends, unit elections, and OA unit reps, to help improve the connection between the lodge and new members.

Participants will receive a participant workbook and a Tahosa Polestar patch with red border featuring our lodge totem, the cony!
Members who have previously attended Polestar training and volunteer as table guides will receive a facilitator workbook and a special patch with silver border!
