Lodge Induction Experience
at McNeil Scout Ranch at Peaceful Valley

October 9th @ 5:00 PM - October 11th @ 11:00 AM

Registration Closes October 4, 2026

General Event Information:

As Arrowmen, we all share a common experience: Completing our Ordeal. As you may have heard, the Ordeal process is changing. As a lodge we don’t just accept change, we embrace it. We welcome it into our brotherhood with open arms. We encourage you to join us in welcoming this change. The Lodge is hosting our Lodge Induction Experience (LIE) where we are going to give arrowmen the unique opportunity to partake in the new Ordeal process.

Check-in will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday at the Camp Cris Dobbins Headquarters building.  The event will conclude on Sunday at 11:00 AM.

Whether you're a new Arrowman or a seasoned member, LIE is your chance to experience the new Ordeal process first hand. You will get the chance to see the meaningful ceremonies, participate in the activities, and provide cheerful service to the Lodge.

Attending this weekend is highly recommended for anyone interested in being a part of the Induction Team in the future.

We will also hold our annual elections for Lodge and Chapter officers. Make your voice heard in choosing our youth leadership for the coming year. If you will be under the age of 21 for the entirety of next year and are interested in running for office, please see the information on becoming a lodge officer on the Lodge Leadership page.

What to Expect:
